Payment Terms
Agreement: By engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to the following payment terms.
Payment Schedule: Payment for services rendered shall be made in accordance with the agreed upon terms between us and the Client.
Payment Method: Payments shall be made via the agreed upon method, which may include bank transfer, cash, or any other mutually acceptable means.
Invoice: Invoices will be issued by us and shall be payable within the specified timeframe stated on the invoice, if and so required.
Late Payment: Any payments not received within the specified timeframe shall be considered late. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or penalties as per the agreement.
Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes regarding payments, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiations.
Termination and Payment: In case of termination of services, the Client agrees to pay any outstanding invoices up to the termination date as per the terms agreed upon in the contract.
Currency and Taxes: All payments shall be made in the agreed upon currency and shall be inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
